Description: This program is a rigorous training regime that incorporates strength, endurance (running, swimming, HIIT), tactical events (USMC obstacle course, rucking). The program is broken down into 4 phases - each strategically designed for physiological development through periodization.

Layout: 4-6 strength sessions/wk; 4-6 cardiovascular and endurance sessions/wk; 4-6 supplemental sessions/wk. Additional periodic progress assessment and testing incorporated throughout plan.

Additional goal-specific training to work collaboratively with other programs or alone. Core strength, running, rucking, pullups, etc.

Running

Rucking

Focus: Ruck Time, Muscular Endurance

Recommended for: Individuals looking to decrease ruck running time or increase strength and and muscular endurance.

Description: This program is comprised of Mileage, Functional, Distance, and Rucking in order to improve ruck march/run times. 4-5 sessions per week including active recovery. Designed to work in conjunction with another training program, but has the ability to stand-alone.
