Postpartum workout program for women focused on rebuilding strength, endurance, and resilience after pregnancy.

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Non-Member Price: $17

  • Equipment: Fully-equipped gym - Barbell, Plates, Rack, Bench, Assorted Dumbbells, etc. 

  • Focus: Strength, Endurance, Functional

  • Recommended for: Women seeking to build strength, resilience, and conditioning while balancing family, career, and daily responsibilities. Suitable for those who want structured training that develops both physical strength and work capacity.  

  • Description: The Mama Bear program combines strength training, functional movements, and conditioning to build full-body strength and resilience. The program includes structured lifting sessions, functional workouts, and endurance-based conditioning to develop both muscular strength and cardiovascular capacity. Workouts incorporate compound lifts, accessory exercises, and high-intensity circuits designed to improve performance and overall fitness.

  • Cardio: 3-4 sessions/wk. High-intensity and/or 10-30 min sessions. Functional aspect to enhance longevity and mobility.
