Running

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Non-Member Price: $27

  • Equipment: Watch, *Optional: Treadmill 

  • Focus: Run Time, Speed, Aerobic Capacity

  • Recommended for: Individuals looking to decrease run time, increase speed, condition for running event.  

  • Description: This program is comprised of predominantly running exercises and events and is designed to work in conjunction with another training program, but has the ability to stand-alone.

Rucking

  • Duration: 19 weeks

  • Non-Member Price: $27

  • Equipment: Ruck or weighted carrier/vest, 15-45lbs

  • Focus: Ruck Time, Muscular Endurance

  • Recommended for: Individuals looking to decrease ruck running time or increase strength and and muscular endurance.  

  • Description: This program is comprised of Mileage, Functional, Distance, and Rucking in order to improve ruck march/run times. 4-5 sessions per week including active recovery. Designed to work in conjunction with another training program, but has the ability to stand-alone.
