Supplemental Programs

Additional goal-specific training to work collaboratively with other programs or alone. Core strength, running, rucking, pullups, etc. These supplemental training programs are built to improve running performance, endurance, and conditioning alongside or independent of strength training.

Running

Running training program for women focused on improving speed, endurance, and aerobic capacity.

  • Duration: 12 weeks

  • Non-Member Price: $12

  • Equipment: Watch, *Optional: Treadmill 

  • Focus: Run Time, Speed, Aerobic Capacity

  • Recommended for: Individuals looking to decrease run time, increase speed, condition for running event.  

  • Description: This program is comprised of predominantly running exercises and events and is designed to work in conjunction with another training program, but has the ability to stand-alone.

Rucking

Rucking training program for women designed to build endurance, strength, and load-bearing capacity.

  • Duration: 19 weeks

  • Non-Member Price: $12

  • Equipment: Ruck or weighted carrier/vest, 15-45lbs

  • Focus: Ruck Time, Muscular Endurance

  • Recommended for: Individuals looking to decrease ruck running time or increase strength and and muscular endurance.  

  • Description: This program is comprised of Mileage, Functional, Distance, and Rucking in order to improve ruck march/run times. 4-5 sessions per week including active recovery. Designed to work in conjunction with another training program, but has the ability to stand-alone.
