  • Equipment: Fully-equipped gym - Barbell, Plates, Rack, Bench, Assorted Dumbbells, etc. 

  • Focus: Endurance, Stamina, Longevity, Calisthenics

  • Recommended for: Individuals looking to increase overall endurance, stamina and functionality.   

  • Description: This program is comprised strength involving increased reps and decreased weight, cardiovascular training, and conditioning for longevity. 

  • Cardio: 3-4 sessions/wk. Aerobic focused and conditional training focusing on cardiovascular endurance.
