Our Mission is to provide the tools that help others honor God with their body.
What We Do
Root of Performance utilizes physical training and conditioning programs to break unhealthy habits and develop lasting and sustainable changes that require discipline and self-control.
Our programs, training, and resources are derived from extensive research, experience, and continuous process improvement. Each program is developed by assessing the physical demands of specific goals, establishing measurable milestones, and testing the training before release.

If you work these programs properly, they will work for you. If you work these programs properly to glorify God, He will transform you. Either way, you'll benefit, but I encourage the latter!
Why We Do It
YOU are a gift from God and He created YOU on purpose, with a purpose, and to live His purpose-driven life. At Root of Performance and as followers of Jesus, we praise Him and honor Him with our physical bodies because we are fearfully and wonderfully made.
We believe that physical exercise and food are the most effective forms of medicine. When used properly, not only do we enjoy healthier physical benefits, but they also improve our mental well-being, relationships, intellectual performance, and overall quality of life.
