  • Focus: Strength, Endurance, Functional

  • Recommended for: Individuals looking for quality workouts within a time limit.  

  • Description: This program is comprised of functional exercises to incorporate strength and cardiovascular endurance. Includes warm-up, cool down, and additional supportive information. 

  • Cardio: 3-4 sessions/wk. High-intensity and/or 10-30 min sessions. Functional aspect to enhance longevity and mobility.
