I felt alone.
Not always the best feeling, right?
I was supposedly surrounded by a great support system and special camaraderie of the military, but when it came to my goals, aspirations, and training - I felt alone.
Training for a selection where I would be the only, I had no training program to follow, no support group who understood what I was doing or how I was feeling, and no idea if there were any others like me.
I learned I actually wasn’t alone in feeling this way.
Over time, I’ve spoken to other women who shared this same feeling and despite their ambitious goals, they still felt like other training programs were not catered to who we are.
Either the programs are not challenging enough because they don’t think we’re as capable, or they're designed strictly for men.
So I built my own program to reach goals that aren’t easy and aren’t expected. I work with ambitious individuals to help them meet and surpass the highest standards when others say, "it can't be done".
With me, you will have the tools for optimal success physically and mentally.

Two of the biggest questions I get are:

“Why can’t I just use the training programs designed for men?”
You can. However, this training was created with you in mind. The fact is, men and women have physiological differences that create challenges unique to themselves.
Around here, we focus on exclusive differences based on personal experiences, research, and interviews with other women and professionals. This customization addresses your distinctive needs and allows you to optimize your success.
“Does that mean these programs are easier?”
No. Not a chance. While these programs are designed for women, the physical standards for these program goals are never lowered. We don’t use the words “bare minimum” around here especially when we’re capable of so much more.

The most common questions I get about working with me are:

“What if you or the training isn't tough enough?”
My programs are designed in a way so women beginning at many different levels can progress and develop at personal speeds. This strategy enables the programs to become continuously more challenging as you progress and is completely dependent on the individual.

The advantage of working directly with me allows me to individually assess you, your goals, and your progression so you receive personal customization to your training.
If you find yourself in need of more of a challenge, by all means, I will ramp your training in ways most beneficial to your unique needs and goals.

“How will you hold me accountable?”

When you work with me, the first thing we’ll do is establish your why because knowing why you want this so badly will carry you through on the tough days.
And those tough, I-dOn’T-fEeL-LiKe-TrAiNiNg days will definitely come - having a compelling why will help you beat that moment and stay in the game.
I’ll never let you forget your why.
As you know, difficult goals take time, hard-work, dedication and discipline.
It comes with adversity, frustration, doubt, fear, and maybe even failure. I’ll show you exactly how to use those obstacles to your advantage.
And our community will help you feel guided, encouraged, motivated, and inspired to never, ever quit.
